"Affiliate" Program

Talk Visa Limited has unique affiliate relationships with other approved Peer organisations. This enables us to offer a "one-stop shop" service, through an active referral network which will benefit our clients.

For example, we are able to source workers for Employers, or students for Educational Institutions. And we can refer individuals from outside the EEA to either our Recruitment or Student Agencies.

Affiliates Illustration Our other affiliates are able to provide complimentary areas of law such as employment law, and some of our suppliers are also members of this unique affiliate program.

Each of the affiliates listed in this page is an organisation independent of Talk Visa Limited.
Talk Visa Limited works closely with its affiliates for the benefit of its customers. "Affiliates" are organisations with which Talk Visa Limited has business relationship.

Talk Visa Limited referrals

Talk Visa Limited is committed to ensuring that those who contact us for advice get the appropriate assistance. We therefore signpost, or refer clients to other quality assured services when it is in the best interests of the client to do so. We recognise that we cannot provide advice and support for every possible enquiry, and therefore we recognize when another organisation is better placed to meet the client's needs.

Talk Visa Limited may refer a client in the following circumstances:

When an enquirer does not fall within the target group for our advice service.
When a client's enquiry falls outside Talk Visa Limited's area of expertise (see below).
When another agency is better suited to meet the needs of the client e.g. because of location or language.
When Talk Visa Limited cannot adequately deal with a case because of lack of resources, e.g. workers' time (see below).
Where there is a potential conflict of interest (see Ethical Policy/Conflict of Interest procedure).
