a. Immigration Consultant Level 3
To undertake representation at Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and general representation.
It would suit someone with +24 months experience in appeals representation, immigration
and managed migration. The role involves assisting clients and companies with all
manner of immigration applications and appeals. The ideal candidate would have experience
gained in:
- In the relocation department of a global company.
- In a specialist immigration/re-location consultancy/solicitor’s firm.
- As skilled freelance advocate.
b. Immigration Consultant Level 1
The role involves assisting clients and companies with all manner of immigration
applications. The position would suit someone with 12+ months of UK immigration
experience, gained.
- In the relocation department of a global company.
- In a specialist immigration/re-location consultancy/solicitor’s firm.
- At the Work Permits (UK) at the level 1
Both roles require someone who has excellent academic record and relevant work experience,
knowledge of immigration law and practice. Knowledge of foreign languages would
be a distinct advantage.
We encourage law students doing the professional stages of legal courses such as
BVC or LPC as the experience would assist those seeking training contracts or pupilage.
