Frank Lee - Director:
Frank Lee has been practising as an immigration lawyer for many years dating back
to 1986. He has a wealth of experience in immigration law and has a wide network
of clients throughout UK and all other parts of the world.
Outside of work Frank enjoys good food, holidays and shopping.
Rayman Chan - Director:
Ray Chan is the co-director of Talk Visa Limited his role is accountable
for the overall performance of the company and for the day-to-day running and management of the company business. He also helps with those disadvantaged among the clients
from all areas.
Advisers:
Amanda Penfold
Amanda studied law at the University of Westminster as a mature student and has
been an immigration specialist for the past three years. She has a wide range of
experience in immigration and asylum law and is registered with the OISC at level
3.
Amanda enjoys cycling, gardening and politics.

Avans Anghard:
Angharad is a level 1 OISC Immigration adviser who has recently joined the Talk
Visa team. She successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Swansea University
in 2008 and then the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster in 2009.
Before that Angharad graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea with a BSc
Econ in American Studies and Anthropology in 2006. She spent an academic year studying
at the University of Kansas in the USA during her undergraduate degree.
Outside of work Angharad loves to Travel. She also enjoys a good book or film.
Qiyin Chuah
Qiyin is a Level 1 OISC immigration specialist. She comes from a corporate law background
with a LL.B (Hons) and LLM in International Business Law. She is multilingual with
work experience across the Asian, American and Middle Eastern markets.
Qiyin enjoys good food, dancing and travelling.

Irfan Kaleem - Manager
Irfan is working in the capacity of Manager and responsible for the day to day operation
of the company. He has attained his MBA from London South Bank University and has
over eight years of experience of working in corporate management level.
